The rooms - compact, soundproof with shared bathroom and mix dormitory bunk beds, as example. The staff - very very nice and outstandingly accommodating. The location favourable and awesome in the center of everything.

This place was just fantastic! the hotel was absolutely perfect and the staff was so friendly and patient. 🌟 the location couldn't be beaten, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. I really liked the room with the shared bathroom, and the bed was super comfy.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very close to Ueno Station and just across the way from food and entertainment options, yet it still manages to be situated in a quiet area. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms selected were comfortable.
Storage space in the quadruple room was a bit small during busy times.

I had a fantastic stay at Uno Ueno! The location was great, with several tube stations just minutes away. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I appreciated the extra bed for my daughter. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness, and great location. Despite a small issue with space for luggage, I will definitely be recommending Uno Ueno to others.

The location was perfect, near Ueno Station and combinis. Staff were friendly and quick. The room was spacious with a window view. Bed was clean, comfortable, and equipped with USB charger and powerpoints. Wifi was fast and easy to access.
Cannot find any fault.
